Blush Lacquers Fall 2019 Collection

Hi everyone. In today’s post I’d like to share my swatches of the Blush Lacquers Fall 2019 collection. This collection consists of two parts – 6 shimmers (After Hours Shimmer collection) and 6 corresponding creme polishes (Dusk Cremes collection). The collection is launching October 18th at 7pm EST at www.blushlacquers.com.

Blush Lacquers is a new to me brand and I was pretty curious how the polishes would perform. The first impressions were good – lovely design and a brilliant brush (flat and round). The formula was very easy to apply and I got a full coverage with 3 coats on most of the shades. The cremes have more of a jelly or crelly formula rather than creme. However, the formula was very nice and glossy!

After Hours Shimmers Collection

The After Hours Shimmers Collection is inspired by everyone’s favorite time of day. The work day has ended and we’ve not gone to bed yet. It feels like anything can happen after hours. This twinkling, shimmering six piece nail polish set utilizes the same base colors as our Dusk Cremes collection, but adds touch of glamour with a shifting pink, bronze, gold, green shimmer and lots of holographic sparkle. Brighten up your next nightlife escapade with these eye-catching, glowing nail polishes! Polishes are opaque in 2-3 coats when worn alone.

Dusk Cremes Collection

The Dusk Cremes collection is inspired by the romance of a deep setting sun across a wispy autumnal meadow. Feel the cool breeze and watch the sky change from different hues of violet, plum and mauve until the night sky takes over and the evening stars appear. This six piece nail polish set pairs perfectly with your favorite flannel shirt for a comfortable fall look or can be dressed up by combining them with our After Hours Shimmers collection for an added touch of sparkle and glam. Polishes are opaque in 2-3 coats when worn alone.

Sundown is a deep plum creme nail lacquer.

Late Night is a plum holographic nail lacquer with a shifting pink-bronze-gold-green shimmer and small holographic flakes.

Horizon is a dusty coral pink creme nail lacquer.

Cocktails & Caviar is a dusty coral pink holographic nail lacquer with a shifting pink-bronze-gold-green shimmer and small holographic flakes.

Hazy is a dusty grey-toned lilac creme nail lacquer.

Moonlit is a dusty lilac holographic nail lacquer with a shifting pink-bronze-gold-green shimmer and small holographic flakes.

Eventide is a grape creme nail lacquer.

Bedtime Story is a grape holographic nail lacquer with a shifting pink-bronze-gold-green shimmer and small holographic flakes.

Nightfall is a deep, vampy black cherry creme nail lacquer.

Starry Night is a deep black cherry holographic nail lacquer with a shifting pink-bronze-gold-green shimmer and small holographic flakes.

Starless is a purple-toned mauve creme nail lacquer.

Off The Clock is a purple-toned mauve holographic nail lacquer with a shifting pink-bronze-gold-green shimmer and small holographic flakes.

What do you guys think of the new Blush Lacquers Fall 2019 Collection? Do you like the idea of making shimmers and corresponding crelly polishes together? It’s an interesting concept, because you can also pair them together in nail art designs!

I really love the colors of the Dusk Cremes, as they are truly autumnal colors. The After Hours Shimmers have a bit too many purple/violet shades for my taste – would love to see more variety. However, the finish is gorgeous and I love the inspiration behind the shades.
